The game has no account. Progress lives on the device. Most problems are fixed in Settings.
Progress disappeared
Settings → Download save keeps a backup file. After a reinstall, the file is the only way back — the store update itself does not wipe the save.
Low frame rate
Settings → Graphics → Low. Shadows and crowd size drop; the hunter still works.
Friend room will not connect
Both players need the internet (STUN). Same Wi-Fi helps, but a guest network or VPN often blocks it. The campaign does not need a room.
